Words in Fallen Leaf

 Words in a fallen leaf

Eyes swing to those that fly like birds.

The wind wheeled it to the south.

Leaf embosses like golden dots

It has words in fallen leaves.

Shabby leaves fall on earth.

To the sudden call of nature

When a leafy tree is dressed in gold

Those woods grow old.

Tighten its hand to stand among

Yet the ground is free for old trees to fall.

Everything fades with the passage of time.

When blond autumn sings in joy

Every golden-haired leaf does cry.

It is words on a fallen leaf.

The leaves rustle with the melodies of nature.

To the unanimous blowing cyclone

Drifting haphazardly in high like a fire fly

So is it our life that we sing a song?

When we find the right string to play,

Those unsung songs
